FCB Model Management On boarding Terms

1. Portal & Form Accuracy: You confirm all sizes, ages, photos, and contact
details provided are accurate and act as your official talent entry form.

2. Agency Representation & Commission: You grant FCB Models permission to
present these photos to our retail and TV clients for active briefs. You
acknowledge our standard 20% commission structure. You explicitly understand
that our clothing store and TV clients always make the final hiring decisions;
the agency provides representation and pitching, but does not guarantee
employment.

3.12-Month Validity & Activation: You acknowledge that your database
activation has been covered. This database fee is strictly non-refundable, and
this official profile and job portal access will remain live and active for
exactly 12 months from today’s date.

4. Parental Consent: You explicitly confirm that you are the legal parent or authorized
legal guardian of this child to sign this digital onboarding agreement

5. Independent Contractor Status

5. All talent registered on the FCB Model Management database are classified as independent freelance artists. Submission of data does not constitute an agreement of permanent employment, a partnership, or a joint venture under the Basic Conditions of Employment Act. The agency acts strictly as an administrative listing manager and casting facilitator to secure freelance commercial bookings. Models are solely responsible for their own personal income tax requirements with SARS.

6. Likeness and Image Publicity Release

6. By uploading photographic media files onto this server portal, the talent (or legal guardian) grants FCB Model Management explicit, royalty-free, non-exclusive rights to utilize, distribute, transmit, and exhibit the submitted materials. This authorization is granted strictly for agency portfolio generation, client casting brief submissions, corporate marketing layouts, and promotional placements across online and print media networks. No intellectual property or copyright claims can be made against the agency for promotional distributions.

7. Representation Integrity & Appearance Policy

7. Talent must maintain the precise physical appearance, grooming standards, hair aesthetics, and physical metrics presented in their submitted portal photographs. Clients select talent strictly based on database imagery records; under no circumstances may a model alter their appearance significantly prior to an assigned booking brief without giving prior notice. Failure to attend scheduled casting director appointments or booked clothing brief timelines without verified cause will result in immediate database deactivation.

8. Data Privacy Protection (POPIA Compliance)

In strict compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), FCB Model Management confirms that all collected personal files, contact data metrics, and imagery logs are safely stored on secured agency database layers. Information will only be transmitted externally to vetted commercial clothing brands, production casting firms, and corporate advertising networks for live casting reviews.
